Materials and care methods for each item

We provide information on how to care for the items sold at NOZZI BAZZAR.

To ensure that you can wear it for a long time, we recommend refraining from excessive washing and washing it in the off-season.

We recommend washing by hand to prevent damage from washing machines.

Please wash separately to prevent color transfer.

Color may fade due to soaking or washing with detergent.

Do not use detergents containing optical brighteners or chlorine bleach.

Please be gentle when dehydrating and avoid using a dryer.

Common to cotton/wool

For daily maintenance, all you need to do is remove dust with a vacuum cleaner and air it out.

If it gets dirty, wipe it with a rag soaked in diluted neutral detergent.
When washing, please push it with your hands or feet, or use the hand wash cycle when putting it in the washing machine. Shortening the dehydration time will prevent the product from losing its shape.

Please dry in the shade to prevent sunburn.

*Vintage Kantha Quilts are recommended to be washed by hand to prevent damage. Some products use natural dyes, and if they get wet, the color may transfer to other items. To prevent color transfer, wash separately and avoid leaving it on.

Botanical dyeing/plant dyeing

Because it is a naturally-derived dye, the texture will increase the more you use it, and the color will gradually change due to washing or sunlight.

Avoid excessive washing and store in a place away from light to prevent fading and damage to the fabric.

Please wash separately with water by hand.

Color may fade due to soaking or washing with detergent.

Do not use synthetic detergents, detergents containing optical brighteners, or chlorine bleach.

If you leave it wet, the color may transfer, so please dry it in the shade immediately after washing. Please refrain from leaving it wet for a long time.

Please avoid dry cleaning.

If it gets wet, the color may transfer to other items.

Applying a water repellent spray before use will repel rainwater and prevent stains.

Bar soap containing baking soda is recommended for removing sebum stains on handles, etc. For partial stains, place a cloth on the back, dampen a towel with water and apply a neutral detergent, and pat the area without rubbing, making sure to lift the stain.

Be sure to remove any detergent by dabbing the finish with a damp towel.

Please note that ceramic accessories made from baked clay may chip or crack if subjected to strong impact.

Water, sweat, and oil can cause discoloration. We recommend wiping it frequently after it gets wet. To clean, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store in a dry place.

Brass

Brass is an alloy made of copper and zinc, and the more you use it, the more the color changes.

You can enjoy the deep flavor and texture unique to brass, but if you are concerned about dullness, soak it in vinegar for about 10 minutes, wash it thoroughly with water, and wipe it with a soft cloth to restore its luster.

If it comes into contact with water or sweat, it will discolor easily, so we recommend wiping it frequently after sweating or getting wet.

Please refrain from wearing it in places that come into contact with water, such as showers, pools, the ocean, and hot springs.

Cellulose (biomass plastic)

A plastic material made from plant-derived wood pulp and cellulose acetate.

No special care is required, but please do not place it near fire as it is sensitive to heat.

For daily maintenance, wipe off dirt and dust with a damp cloth to keep it in good condition.

You can also wash it with water in the shower. If you rub it with a brush, it will leave scratches, so please wash it with a soft cloth or sponge, wipe it off, and dry it in the shade.

Polypropylene, biodegradable plastic

Do not place near fire.

Not dishwasher safe. Heat-resistant temperature 100 degrees (cutlery set), heat-resistant temperature 65 degrees (plant travel straw case)

alpaca

An alloy of silver mixed with copper, zinc, etc. is called alpaca in Spanish.

As you use it, it will change its texture to resemble antique silver.

When cleaning, please gently polish it from time to time, wiping it with silver polish or a soft cloth, just like you would with silver.

Please refrain from wearing it in places that come into contact with water, such as showers, pools, the ocean, and hot springs.

Waste paper pulp/wood chips

Since it uses recycled paper, please wipe it off when it gets wet, such as when changing water.
