About payment

You can use credit card, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, bank transfer, and cash on delivery.

Regarding cash on delivery, after confirming your order, we will send you an order confirmation email including the cash on delivery fee and shipping fee.

Returns

About returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns for customer reasons.

If you would like to exchange a product for a different color or design after it has been shipped, we will only accept the exchange if you are willing to pay the shipping costs for returning the product and delivering the exchanged product.

Our store mainly deals with overseas handcrafts, upcycled items using used items, and vintage items.
