Information on shipping during Golden Week and Kyoto Takashimaya POP UP from May 3rd

For orders placed during the Golden Week period, we will do our best to ship orders on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Gift wrapping will be closed from May 1st to May 9th.

Items shipped from the post office, such as cash on delivery, can only be shipped on business days of the post office.

Additionally, due to Kyoto Takashimaya's POP UP event starting May 3rd, some items may be shipped after the POP UP event ends, depending on inventory.

One-of-a-kind items may be sold in parallel with POP UP, so they may sell out at different times.
